What we did: Tiled floor and bath, new toilet seat, refinished the bath cabinet, new mirror, built shelves next to toilet, textured and painted walls, new trim.
This house is 1144 total square feet. A single ranch style with a two car attached garage. At entry is the living room, then the kitchen with a laundry room. To the right is a hallway leading to the bathroom and 3 bedrooms. It stands on 1/3 of an acre of spacious land and a fully fenced back yard.
We put on a new roof, facia and soffit. Painted the outside and textured and painted every room. The rest, you can see. Enjoy!
